Bath Control
This control is designed to handle one or two variable-speed AC motors up to 1 HP each. It features a Microchip Technology PIC 16F872 micro driving 35 amp triacs on a custom-fabricated aluminum heat sink. The two boxes are connected in a master-slave configuration to handle two separate pump motors. Designed and developed in the USA, this entire assembly was custom-tooled in China: the membrane keypad, the plastic case, the heat sink, the temperature sensor, the water-level sensor, internal power transformers, and the interconnecting cables. We even make the shipping carton and print the user's manual for our customer. Now that is what we mean by complete product design capability!
